Provincial Nomination Program

Call us: +1 4379901130

To apply for permanent residence under the Provincial Nominee Program, applicants must be nominated by a Canadian province or territory. If you choose to immigrate to Canada as a provincial nominee, you must first apply to the province where you wish to settle and complete its provincial nomination process. The province will consider your application based on its immigration needs and your genuine intention to settle there.
The applicants who are nominated under the PNP program have the skills, education and work experience needed to make an immediate economic contribution to the province/territory that nominates them.
After having been nominated, the applicant must make a separate application to Immigration, Refugee and Citizenship Canada for permanent residence. The application is then assessed based on Canadian immigration regulations.

Refer to each individual province/territory to identify the specific programs available in each:

Alberta

British Columbia

Manitoba

New Brunswick

Newfoundland and Labrador

Northwest Territories

Nova Scotia

Ontario

Saskatchewan

Prince Edward Island

Yukon
